THE BEST . I am a first time homebuyer and let me tell you, having the right person as your realtor makes ALL the difference. Andrew is extremely patient, helps and listens to all you have to say. He is ALWAYS on your side and makes sure you are making the best decision. When I was about to close , an unexpected issue happened and I was about to lose my dream home but Andrew did not let that happen.  I cannot say how much he helped me and made me feel like I have someone I can trust and ask for help. He will get you to your dream home and makes sure you get in the best way. Andrew Goodman and his staff did an outstanding job of helping and guiding us in the sale of our condominium. He was calm, patience and gave good advice. During times of inflation and higher interests rate challenges I am glad we partnered with him and together was able to get a sales contract executed and the closing completed in a reasonable amount of time. I feel lucky to have found Andrew Goodman through Upnest. From our first phone call, I knew he had the expertise to help us get top dollar for our house in a desirable, low-inventory market. He gave us excellent advice on preparing our home for sale, including contacts to help us get things done. Andrew is the consummate professional, and his extensive knowledge of the real estate market helped us feel calm and confident at every stage, especially because he immediately responded to questions or concerns that came up. I can't say enough positive things about Andrew and his team. Andrew came highly recommended by a friend, and surpassed even those expectations as he helped us navigate a difficult transaction.  Thoughtful, diligent, responsive; he was always a step ahead from the moment we began searching through closing and even afterwards. Being a recent graduate, I was blown off twice by other realtors who didn't take me seriously (they wouldn't even schedule times to just talk about what I was interested in), and I was getting frustrated with how poorly I was being treated. Luckily, I found Andrew online with terrific ratings and decided to see if he'd be able to help me, and I am so glad I did.

He helped me at every single step of the process, from initially helping to find what I was looking for, thoroughly talking about each property we went to see (specifically calling out every negative he could see, and explaining each different feature/design/appliance we saw to just help my general knowledge). Once I found a place, he negotiated on my behalf very well, securing the property, and helped me close with recommendations to very attentive, expert-level mortgage brokers and title insurance providers. The inspector he recommended was so good, my building took a stack of his cards to recommend to others, stating he was the best theyd ever seen. Everything went incredibly smoothly and Andrew communicated with me often, ensuring every question I had could be answered easily. Some friends tagged along with me throughout the process and were blown away as well.

Working with Michael Marks at Goodman was an incredible experience. He was very relatable and the definition of “at your disposal” which is so critical in a quick moving market.
